A key component of the International Water Security Network is the training of future professionals in water management.
We believe that offering studentships and support will encourage those who are ambitious and interested in water research to devote themselves to this critical area of work.
This support includes: PhD, MSc and MPhil scholarships, funding for Post-Doctoral Research Associates, Student Prizes for the best undergraduate dissertations covering water issues, and funding students to undertake research overseas.
Since 2013, we have supported over 140 students, and we continue to recruit, train, and mentor a cohort of students in a range of water security related subjects.
For more information about these students and the work they have undertaken, please read our regularly updated Student Profiles booklet.
