Chad talks about the challenge of ensuring we continue to supply enough water for our ever-growing demand alongside Chris Thomas (Head of Business Improvement and Innovation, Bristol Water) and Patric Bulmer (Head of Water Resources and Environment, Bristol Water). They discuss both the challenges, and the innovations that are emerging to help both increase the supply and reduce the demand that we as a society place on our water system.
