Bhuwan Thapa, Christopher Scott, Robert Varady and Rafael de Grenade from the Udall Center for Studies in Public Policy at the University of Arizona have co-authored an article on ‘Strengthening water security through research and science-policy dialogue’ for the March 2015 newsletter from the International Water Resources Association (IWRA).
